Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping/return fees may apply.
Artisanal chocolates will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase via your order number. Requests should be sent to jules@candiwerx.com. This policy does not apply to goods shipped and damaged in transit as per the Shipping Disclaimer at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and were pick up items (not shipped items). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jules@candiwerx.com with your order number and a description of the defective or damaged products.
Local Pickup
For items that are purchased with the option to pick up at one of our three local (Hamilton, Ontario) pick up locations:
- Items will be sent to your preferred location within 24 – 48 hours of confirmed purchase.
- Please note store hours for your particular pick up location
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is available at your noted pick up location.
- Our pick up location partners are not affiliated with Candi Werx or our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact the Candi Werx team directly and do not take it out on these lovely humans.
- Items will be held at your pick up location for one week. If items are not picked up within the 7-day period, your order will be refunded less 25% of the purchase price.
